Fanuc ALPHA E series alarms
Fanuc ALPHA E series servo alarms. These alarm and error codes cover the A06B-6070 and the drive section of the Power Mate-Model E which is a PM and single axis servo drive. | Alarm Code | Type | Description of Alarm/Error |
| HC | High Current | Fault caused within the servo amplifier, E series servo motor or issues with the command signal from control. Alternatively power cable and signal cable can cause the HV alarm. |
| HV | High Voltage | Servo unit is detecting high voltage in the input voltage. |
| OHE | Overheat External | This alarm occurs if the temperature of the motor is abnormally high |
| OHI | Overheat Internal | This alarm occurs if the temperature of the amplifier is abnormally high |
These drives have the following Fanuc battery fitted A02B-0168-K111. Further we have testing and repair facilities for these E series servo units. Some were fitted with controls such as the Fanuc 20-TA with no display reliant on a mobile HMI operating between many machines.
