BE212
Heidenhain BE212 monitors have always been a repair DNC due to them fitting a wide dispersion CRT tube. The original i.d.nr. 243 370-03 is a 12″ monochrome CRT monitor running on the TNC246, TNC351, TNC355, TNC360 controls among other Heidenhain CNC systems. Our original solution to replace the tube and repair the electronic chassis of the monitor was at the time the only option due to the CRT and the shape of the metalwork.
Over time we moved into LCD rebuilds into customers existing metalwork. The Heidenhain’s being a particular challenge meaning rebuild time was 24 hours rather than same day for most other brands. Now using our proprietary LED system we have managed to get our version of the metal framework fabricated by a British metalshop in the same county. As a result we offer off the shelve replacement to drop straight in place of your original Heidenhain BE 212 monitor on your TNC series control.
The DNC212 is fitted with a 10.4inch LED backlit LCD panel; as the original monitor was a 12″ CRT with 10″ viewable.
