Siemens 6FC5103-0AB01 monitor fitted on the 840C control. The 6FC5103-0AB01 was originally a 14″ Color CRT (Farbe) monitor which was built under licence by Magnetek. The 6FC5103-0AB01-0AA1 is the system number for the complete display including the front fascia with keyboards. Inside the color operator panel is the CRT with the part number 576744-TA
Looking back at the history of DNC monitor development for Siemens monitors we started repairing them back in 1997. Once parts become hard to obtain then we started manufacturing Siemens monitors from 1999 onwards. With this monitor being built as a 14 ionch colour CRT display from 2004 onwards. In 2006 with our emerging development of LCD technology coninciding with the growing supply issues with color CRT tubes for 9, 12 and 14″, we were able to start supplying DNC5103 as an LCD version.
As with our original CRT version of the DNC5103; our LCD version also uses the same metalwork and connectors in the correct location. All backed by a 2 year warranty. As for the original Siemens monitors, we can test the 840C display to confirm if its working or not; but no longer offer repair services. Opting to replace due to a lack of parts availabilitiy. The DNC5103 is normally in stock and ready to ship anywhere in the world with our 2 year warranty.
