A50L-0001-0260

Fanuc A50L-0001-0260 transistor module. These 200 amp 600 volt transistors were manufactured by Fuji or Hitachi under licence for Fanuc.

Under the Fuji brand there were three series releases of the 0260 transistor; labelled as 0260/A being the earliest Fuji 2MBI200KB-060. Followed by the 0260/N which is both a Fuji 2MBI200ND-060-01 or the later Fuji 2MBI200NK-060-01. With the last released being the 2MBI200SK-060-01 labelled as a 0260#S.

Under the Hitachi licence model MBM200HS6A and later MBM200HS6G were labelled as 0260/N and the last was the MBM200HR6G being labelled as a 0260/S.
