Th This motor is a 400VAC tyoe and is found on HV high voltage AC spindle motor series aiL12, aiL15, aiL18, aiL22 and HV versions covering larger A06B-150x-B from 400VAC series spindle motors.
This fan is part of the A290-1508-T500 fan enclosure and would have been fitted on spindle motors running from late i series 16i/18i model B controls, 30i/31i or 0iB/0iC series systems.
