Fanuc A06B-6111-H022 ai Spindle Module Drive. Manufactured from 2004 to 2008 before being replaced by the 6141 series of 200VAC ALPHA i series spindle modules. Together with single, dual or triple channel servo amplifier modules powered from ai power supply these amplifiers make up the ai drive system with matching servo and spindle motors.
As part of the 200V AC Fanuc alpha i drive series; this amplifier is from the first generation of ai amplifiers. Together with its servo drive and power supply; they were controlled by various CNC controls from late 16i/18i/21i model B and early 0iA, 0iB systems. This drive includes the power board A16B-2203-062x not supplied seperate.
As with all things Fanuc; Fanuc like to do things there way; meaning there are three varients of this drive with different software versions making them incompatible with each other. Namely A06B-6111-H022#H550, A06B-6111-H022#H553 and the last version A06B-6111-H022#H570.
DNC offer several services for the 25.2kW version of this drive. Inclusive of service exchange; which we have been offering since the 1990’s on Fanuc. Currently this spindle amplifier is in stock available exchange. Alternatively 24 hour repair turnaround is the norm. Fault diagnosis and testing is extensively supported. Further we also supply fuses, fans and transistors modules if required for these drives.
