The 6114-H107 series 200VAC single channel Servo amp runs with the later post 2002 I version of Fanuc CNC controls.
Powered from the 6110 series of aiPS modules. Controlled from systems such as the 15iB 16i/18i B/C or 21iB/C, 0iA/B and other open Fanuc controls. This aiSV or SVM version of the FSSB Servo’s run ALPHA Servo motors from model 22i/4000.
