Fanuc A06B-6127-H106 servo amplifier module. Sometimes labeled as a GE Fanuc ALPHA i model SVM1 180HVi with HRV2/3 enabled for 3xi control systems.
This single channel amplifier belongs too the 400VAC series known as high voltage powered by a HV power supply module i.e. 6120/6150. HRV2/3 if for fine servo tuning on 3xi model A controls for more precision.
