Fanuc A06B-6091-H145 Power Supply Module. Often labelled GE Fanuc ALPHA model PSM-45HV is part of Fanuc’s 400VAC high voltage release. Used within larger machines with 400v 3 phase useful in countries due to not requiring a large machine transformer.
