Fanuc A06B-6079-H206 Servo Amplifier Module. This alpha SVM2-40/40 twin axis drive is used in smaller machine tools. Being part of the 2nd generation of Fanuc ALPHA modules this drive powers smaller a3/3000, a6/2000 and a12/2000 in any combination. The drive includes the control pcb and power wiring board A16B-2202-0612 (neither are sold seperately).
