Also labeled as GE Fanuc SVU3-20/20/20 servo unit is used on applications requiring a ALPHA series 90mm wide triple channel amp with built in power supply section. This three axis servo powers model aC3/2000 or aC6/2000 on 1st/2nd channels and larger on 3rd axes. Reliant on PWM digital interface with 16, 18 and 21 controls.
