A06B-6050-H103
Fanuc A06B-6050-H103 AC velocity control unit. This model 10 and 20 analog axis drive is a single channel inverter fitted in hundreds if not thousands of different CNC machine tools throughout the world. The first of Fanuc’s AC servo drives; replacing the very successful M series DC amps. Running at 185volt, with a seperate 18v feed for the control PCB.
The control PCB’s on these drives were coded via transistor and other component layouts making them not compatible with each other. No idea what Fanuc’s thinking while design this was at the time. Regardless it’s a thing. The control boards are listed for the single axis as A20B-1000-0560 with the suffix ‘/ two numerical digits then a letter. The letter is important as it symbolises the design and function of the board.
The A06B-6050-H103 drive itself normally powers and drives model 10 and model 20 red cap AC servo motors. We also stock the motors and can test both the drive and motors seperate or together on our closed loop in-house Fanuc test rigs. Services offered include service exchange, clean and testing, fault diagnosis and inspection backed by comprehensive repair facilities and knowledge gained from repairing Fanuc electronics since 1994.
- NOTE: we need to know the letter on your control PCB i.e. A20B-1000-0560/xx?
