Fanuc A06B-6050-H402 AC velocity control unit in stock. This three axis analog drive was used on less complex CNC machine tools. Including machines such as Cincinnati with either Fanuc or Heidenhain control systems. This drive includes the 3 channel analogue axis control PCB A20B-1001-0770.
These units were also known as VCU’s listed as SV 0,5 / 0,5 / 0,5 resultingly power AC model 0 and 5 red cap motors.
DNC always treat its service exchange returns or drive units repairs the same way. We strip each and every drive down; quick visual inspection (assuming nothing burnt), then thoroughly clean the drive. Once dried then we do a full visual inspection while component testing for all the normal parts that fail and cause any of the standard faults found.
