FANUC A06B-6064-H106 AC spindle servo unit. This 6kW serial spindle drive is one of the smaller plastic framed amplifiers. Normally fitted with A16B-2100-0010 and A16B-2200-0670 which are a smaller collection of serial control boards for this generation of 6064 drive. This AC amplifier runs either high speed 3S/12000, or 6S motors upto 12P spindle motors for punch press machines.
