Fanuc A06B-6064-H308 AC spindle servo unit. As part of the serial series of AC spindle drive its one of the small yellow plastic frame drive using the latest serial interface with 0-D and 16/18/21 controls.

As this drive is 3rd generation serial series its software A06B6064H308#H550 it superceeds earlier AC serial spindle drives assuming matched electrical ratings.

Not being the largest drive of the 6064 series the H306 is still powerful driving AC model 8S or 12P spindle motors. For bigger motors, Fanuc produced older style anaodized serial spindle amps rated up to model 60S. This drive is made up of several layers allowing for excellent thermal radiation.

At the back is the power components such as capacitors, contactors, transistors on a large heatsink as well other high powered devices. Next is the wiring PCB A20B-1004-073x (not available seperately) which directs the power to the blue connectors.

As a result these send voltages onto the firing circuit pcb (A20B-2000-022x) with bridge rectifiers, smaller transistors and opto’s, etc. Working in combination with A16B-2201-044x spindle control pcb (or the logic and communications board). Together these make up the A06B-6064-H308 AC spindle servo unit.
