FANUC A50L-0001-0209 Transistor module. This specially packaged power transistor is known by Fuji Electric 6DI150A-060 and belongs to the DI series of modules. This transistor is in an M type package solely for FANUC. Fitting on various FANUC AC spindle drives from 12kW through to 30kW versions. Rated at 150amp 600 volt. They were natively coupled with digital 0-MA, 0-TA. 0-TB, 0-TC and earlier 0-C/0-D control series.
Be careful when ordering replacement 6DI150A-060 Fuji transistors; there are subtle variations in the wrong package (size/shape). We have found out and had to redesign our own power boards for the base section of the A06B-6059, 6060, 6062 and 6063 spindle amplifiers to accomodate. Probably still got a box or two of the wrong transistors buried somewhere in the building. We only sell the correct Mxxx package version of the A50L-0001-0209 transistor module to fit in the drive it was designed for.
