FANUC A50L-0001-0222 power transistor. These modules were made for FANUC by FUJI with their version 2MBI200FA-060 and Hitachi A50L-1-0222. They are part of the 2MBI series and were in a special M type package for FANUC. These transistors are only fitted in large serial FANUC AC spindle drives requiring 200A, 600V modules.
