FANUC A50L-0001-0299#P transistor module. The FUJI 1MBI400NP-120 are single gate 400 amp 1200 volt transistors that work in tandem with the NN version i.e. negative and positive fitted to oppose each other. Part of the P series transistors.
Fitted in very large FANUC ALPHA amplifier modules with alternate p/n: A50L-0001-0295#SP. Known as the High voltage series of ALPHA drives; or HV 400VAC amplifiers. DNC carry these transistor modules in stock.
