A50L-0001-0301

Fanuc A50L-0001-0301 transistor module. These 150 amp IGBT transistors were manufactured by Fuji or Hitachi under licence for Fanuc.

Under the Fuji brand there were three series releases of the 0301 transistor; or labelled as 0301#L being the Fuji 2MBI150NR-060A-01. Under the Hitachi licence model MBM150HS6B and later MBM150HS6G were labelled as A50L00010301#L.

At DNC we have kept hold of thousands of old IGBT transistor modules which are fully functioning pulls; that we have kept hold off due to replacing with uprated transistor modules.
