A50L-0001-0303

Fanuc A50L-0001-0303 transistor module. These 300 amp transistors were manufactured by Fuji or Hitachi under licence for Fanuc.

Under the Fuji brand there were three series releases of the 0303 transistor; or labelled as 0303#L being the Fuji 2MBI300NR-060A-01. Under the Hitachi licence model MBM300HS6B and later MBM300HS6G were labelled as A50L-0001-0303.

At DNC we have kept hold of thousands of old IGBT transistor modules which are fully functioning pulls; that we have kept hold off due to replacing with uprated transistor modules.
