FANUC A50L-0001-0422 transistor module. The FUJI 6MBP40RUA-060 RUA series 40 amp 600 volt IPM unit powers very late generation ALPHA i series amplifiers. Including; aiSV Servo Module, aiSP Spindle Module, and aiPS Power Supply. These transistors are intelligent power modules built in a special package by FUJI under licence to FANUC.
