FANUC A61L-0001-0095 replacements have been built by DNC since 2005. Our equivlanent is named DNC95 and is stock ready to buy NOW. Previous to replacing like all other CNC machine tool electronic companies we were repairing these monitors. Certainly for those in the know; the 9 inch colour CRT tubes are as rare as unicorn poo. Further if the LOPT went then its was impossible too source as the OEM (Toshiba) never released these parts due to licensing agreements with Fanuc. At DNC we have always seen the problem with the 9″ color CRT as solveable with upto date TFT technology. Hence we built our first proprietry display in metalwork which was near exact to fit our system based on CCFL backlit technology and onto the latest LED panels.
This 9″ CRT colour monitor were fitted on the Fanuc 16, 18, 20, 21 and higher end series 0 model C and D controls.
We don’t offer the cheapest of all the options available; however we do offer a quality product backed by our expertise as Fanuc electronic specialists. As a UK manufacturer and assembler of equivalent CNC displays we are always looking to supply a cheaper product and if possible increase our profits. However its never been possible to compete with the inferior products available on online marketplaces which is backed up by our serious UK and European competition; one in Germany, the other in France prices attest charging close to OEM prices for their replacements. All others are either selling or distributing for these companies or selling the really cheap alternatives from various marketplaces. Good luck on that front, as we have found fittings, connector placement, mechanical incompatibility and running as it should to be a hinderance.
At DNC we offer a 100% equiavlenet replacement for the A61L-0001-0095. It is of a similar shape to the OEM which fits in the aperture of the display cabinet and into the correct location to mount with the power and data connector in the correct locations. As a result short cable runs from the power supply and control system are not an issue. DNC 95 LED monitors are second to none and are backed by our 2 year warranty. You will know this if you get a replacement monitor from any other source. Further all of our DNC95 are tested on our Fanuc test rigs before leaving the premises.
