Fanuc A860-0315-T103 Encoder. This red pulse coder is a 3000 pulse incremental feedback unit used on AC servo motors. With an alternative order part number from Fanuc of: A290-0561-V506.

An alternative solution maybe available by using a earlier generation of incremental encoder and a Fanuc AC servo motor that has the different end shaft to fit it.
