Fanuc A20B-2900-0680 SRAM module. Normally this 1MB static random access module in combination with the DRAM and FROM allow the series 15, 16 and 18 processor to access cmos style memory for repetitive executions for parameters, programs stored on the control.
Running the 15b control config in which it stores the system memory, ladder, and programs. This SRAM memory PCB is available today, either as exchange or on an outright basis stock dependent with full testing and repair services are available also. Warranty is 180 days on repair or exchange!
