Normally this 1MB CMOS memory pcb acts similar to a SRAM board offering the processor static ramdon memory access in conjuction with the DRAM and FROM also installed. Fitted on main boards of either 16, 18 controls or systems labelled as RJ controllers for robots, etc.
A20B-2900-0500 RAM memory pcb is available today, either as exchange or on an outright basis stock dependent with full testing and repair services are available also. Warranty is 180 days on repair or exchange!
