Fanuc A20B-2900-0700 SRAM memory module. This 256KB static memory access module is a SMD which fits inside the main control board (with CPU) for the processor to access with the DRAM and FROM. Fitted on series 16, 18, Power Mate controls both model B controls for storing options, parameters, timers and programs, etc.
The 256K A20B29000700 memory pcb is available @ DNC today, either as exchange or on an outright basis stock dependent with full testing and repair services are available also. Warranty is 180 days on repair or exchange
