FANUC A20B-2902-0193 memory board. This DRAM memory card is for large configuartions of series 16 and 18 controls. With 512KB of DRAM allowing fast short term storage. The DRAM being half a MEG while very low capacity will run on auxillery or OPTION boards on a sub CPU basis to assist the main CPU processor to pull from the FROM using the SRAM and DRAM memories.
