FANUC A20B-2902-0341 memory board. Is a unique combination of two different types of memory FROM and SRAM (static random access memory). Between the two different memory systems; allowing the Fanuc Series 16-C control to compute faster. The FROM is 4MB and the SRAM is 256KB; while on the lower end of capacity even for Fanuc it was still a very novel approach combining two memory types into one PCB across one backplane port.
