Fanuc A98L-0001-0555#A02 Membrane. 56 key sheet cover in a horizontal configuration fitting the right side of 14″ CRT/MDI unit. This key sheet is fitted on 00M series for Amada. Due to the scale of Amada and their continued custom of Fanuc, a lot of parts have been bespoke manufactured for them. Amada used this membrane on FS-0B (0P4B).
