Fanuc A98L-0001-0647#M Membrane. This 53 key membrane is for CRT/MDI panels and units for earlier Fanuc 15 series control systems. Fitted on standard size 9″ MDI’s and accompanies the 7 key keysheet A98L-0001-0519 membrane which is positioned under the mono CRT monitor. This particular membrane is fitted on the right of the CRT and on small machining centre’s controls such as earlier 15 series 15-MA systems. This membrane protects the MDI/CRT such as the A02B-0094-C021 from oil / environmental damage.
