Fanuc A98L-0001-0648#M Membrane. This 40 key membrane is for CRT/MDI panels and units for FS-15. Normally fitted on small 9″ MDI’s. This particular membrane is fitted on the right of the CRT and on small machining centre’s controls such as earlier 15 series 15-M, 15-MA, 15-MB systems. This membrane protects the Fanuc keyboard from oil / environmental damage, etc.
