This 2MB SRAM memory card provides static ram similar to CMOS style ram for various control; including 16i, 18i, 21i A generation SRAM Memory Plug in module. This Fanuc memory card with part number A20B39000060 plugs into the main system board most probably a A20B-8100-013x series.
