Fanuc A20B-3900-0061 SRAM memory plugin module. This 1MB SRAM memory card provides static ram similar to CMOS style ram for various control; including 16i, 18i, 21i A generation SRAM Memory Plug in module. This 1MB memory card with part number A20B39000061 plugs into the main system board most probably a A20B-8100-013x series.
