Fanuc A20B-2001-0902 I/O board. This 32/24 source type I/O pcb is found in POWER MATE-Model D and O controls. Found inside screwed onto the main PCB of the powermate control.
DNC currently have these I/O 32/24 way input output boards allowing simpler I/O rather than the I/O Link for wiring up machine tool switches/sensors, etc. Also we have powermate model D, H and O main boards and plugin SMD modules that accompany this I/O board.
