Fanuc A20B-3900-0080 memory board. Late generation 4MB FROM + 256KB SRAM memory plugged onto the main board. Normally fitted Power Mate i model D controls.
DNC currently have these 4MB FROM + 256KB SRAM memory modules in stock. Can either be used as an upgrade or a replacemend for faulty hardware. If you are unsure if this memory board is at fault; then contact us as we can check, inspect your complete control.
